I had to move down the hall because of water leak. It was frustrating because it was like moving all over agai Read Moren.

On my floor there are children and teenagers running up and down the hallways. Why can`t they play and visit i Read Moren their apartments? It is very noisy and annoying. I have to study and am interrupted quite frequently by the noise. And if you tell the staff, they seem as if they do not want to do or say anything. Also people are spitting on the elevators as well as leaving trash and food on the elevators and the hallways. Why do you not have cameras in hallways as well as the stairwells.

The thermostats don't work in the rooms so in the winter it was so hot that I was running air to get relief wh Read Moreich is crazy. You'd think k &d would address these issues.

Patio's Porches needs to be repainted and repaired, need new screen doors, need new carpet in the hallways, al Read Moreso keep the same representatives in the leasing office, or at least if new representatives come on board please notify the residents.
