The only reason I rated landscaping fair is because they had to do a lot of work with the tiles due to the low Read Moreer floors leaking or something and it's miserably muddy everywhere unfortunately. Constant clean up everyday. It wasn't like that though when I first moved in just annoying for the time being.

There were maintenance issues that took too long to get fixed. For example,My front door had graffiti on it an Read Mored it took several requests to get the door re-painted and when it was finally repainted it was painted a different color than all the doors on my floor and with the cheapest paint that was peeling and chipping within the same week. Also, the walls were so thin you could hear everything and the people who lived on top of me apparently had a hobby of moving furniture all day! ANNOYING

There were a few small maintenance issues that didn't seem like they should be a big problem but took a long t Read Moreo get fixed, if they ever got fixed at all. When I moved in the one window in the living was cracked.The window was still cracked when I moved out, they never replaced it.
Another time, there was a puddle on the floor between the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It was a broken pipe and it took them 2 weeks to fix it.

When we moved in, the unit was filthy. We had to clean everything before we could even start moving our belong Read Moreings in to the apartment. There was also a huge burn in the counter-top that created a hole and looked terrible. It took them forever to fix the counter-top and the maintanece signed off saying they completed work they never did.

The walls are also paper-thin. You hear everything your neighbors say/do.

The management always have an excuse and are full of lies.
