      DO NOT RENT HERE.

      PROS - very few if any. The floor plans are sizable for the rate...the first year o
      Read Moref your contract only.

      CONS - property management is the WORST I have ever dealt with and I lived in low income college housing for 4 years. Some are very nice when you see them, but in three years I have lived here they have never ONCE answered the phone - not once. Do not overlook how frustrating this is. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS. I have left countless voicemails and only heard back twice in three years - once when they were trying to get me to move in. I have left word with the staff in person for the property manager several times and was promised that I would hear from her by the end of the day, once when a resident's kid was burning paper in the hallway, still waiting on those calls.

      They have sent packages back to the shipper because I didn't pick them up - to their credit, that is a community rule that is well documented...even though I left a note in the office saying I travel for work and asked them not to return packages because I am frequently traveling - HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

      "Air conditioning being out isn't an "emergency" unless it is 85 degrees" - horrible maintenance policies.

      When I moved in, there were three pools for the two communities, Chimneys of Oak Creek and Fox Hunt. Last year they didn't open one to "keep costs down". This year they didn't open two of them. They have one pool, that quite frankly is over crowded with 10-15 people in it, for hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of units.

      Now all of a sudden they are only cutting the grass once every 10 days or so.

      Horrible property management, not as affordable as other options that are better in the area, do not move here. Bad management, bad staff, no amenities to speak of, and rent increases hundreds of dollars none the less.

      The apartment was clean and any concerns where addressed in a timely manner while living there. Once we moved Read Moreout on the other hand we had issues with not receiving the correct amount back. After many phone calls and months of going back and forth we finally have up and ate the money they owed for a double payment of a water bill.

      Response to maintenance requests are inconsistent. I have some extraordinary experiences and some very frustr Read Moreating experiences. Overall, I would say that the condition of the aging buildings need attention.

      Issues with the roof/ceiling of the apartment leaking. Did not get satisfactory help with this until the ceil Read Moreing collapsed and made a mess in the apartment. Several management changes throughout the term of the lease made it difficult to get help when needed
