Service is usually good. It took several months of calling to get our toilet repaired properly.
I am c Read Moreoncerned at the rate of rent increases every year. These will likely cause me to move this year. It is getting too expensive.

I love living here. I am extremely impressed with all the activities the leasing office organizes for us resid Read Moreents. I also have utilized the pool and the recreation room on many occasions! I was totally satisfied with my residence at Mallard's Crossing until recently. I own a trailer and I had parked it in a guest parking area, which no one utilizes, and I was then forced to move it. No other parking rules are enforced, why should this one be?

Nice floor plan with nice space. Had a few maintenance issues that seemed to be unrepairable. We had a window Read Morethat consitently had black mold on it. We would clean it and it kept coming back. Notified the managment many times but never fixed. Neighbor hood very nice and great schools. Swimming pool nice but extremely cold not matter when you visit. Club house very nice but not made available to residents. It really is not a club house it is their offices.

The apartment was nice, but the staff were not readily available when needed and the rent went up by ridiculou Read Mores amounts every year. I had to pay for other peoples' water. The office received one water bill for the entire complex and divided it evenly amongst all apartments regardless of individual use. I had to pay 2 months rent to break my lease early when I bought a house. There should be a clause for home buyers allowing them to break the lease without penalty. Not enough parking space.
