Apartment was very dated and smelled. It was very difficult to get any repairs done and/or repairman follow u Read Morep was horrible. Lots of other nice choices in the immediate area.

I love living here. I am extremely impressed with all the activities the leasing office organizes for us resid Read Moreents. I also have utilized the pool and the recreation room on many occasions! I was totally satisfied with my residence at Mallard's Crossing until recently. I own a trailer and I had parked it in a guest parking area, which no one utilizes, and I was then forced to move it. No other parking rules are enforced, why should this one be?

A tenant below me had lived there for years and continued to torment me whenever I would move about my apartme Read Morent. The office was no help regarding this situation and ultimately I ended up going to the police it was so bad and moving.
