To be honest I liked the apartment more than I thought I would before I moved in, the only draw back I had was Read More the shared washer/dryer. I always had my own in previous apts. but overall the apartment was great my unit was completely renovated right before I moved in, they should have replaced the old appliances!!

We have 1600 square feet (3 bedrooms, 2 baths), and the rent is extremely competitive. This does not take into Read More account the fact that heat is included in the rent. The technicians come for repairs within 24-48 hours after a notification. Everyone who works for management is extremely polite and kind, and it is a quiet, well taken care area.

The buildings are not maintained. The amenities do not work properly, both dryers in the building do not dry Read Moreon the first cycle so you have to pay twice to dry clothes. This is not a gated community, the gate stays up until 8:00p.m., but even when down, multiple cars can pass thru once the gate goes up. No snow removal on weekends and parking lot stays icy until melted by sun. Things not fixed properly. Water not drinkable. My toilet is disgusting inside; the bowl is rough - do not rent here

No Heat!!!! Also at times did not feel safe. They did not get the parking lots cleaned very fast with the sno Read Morew and ice but I know that is hard to do at times.

It was a "gated" community when I lived there and it never worked once. The buildings were "locked" until buzz Read Moreed in or a key was used, but the frames around the lock were broke so anyone could come in. My windows in the apartment were broke and maintenance never came to fix so the would stay open. I moved out early and scrubbed the place top to bottom including carpet and patched holes and still got charged $250 cleaning fee. For what? And I still to this day refuse to pay.
