I like my apartment and the community. The staff here are always Friendly. My complaints are the bedroom windo Read Morews are poor the let in a lot of cold air and noise.
I can here the people living above me. My last apartment I never heard the people above or beside me. We will not likely renew our lease for that reason.

With any apartment you will have some bad apples, but there are way too many here. I have a family above me th Read Moreat fights and stomps on the floor at all hours. I'm always afraid my car will get hit or scratched due to rude people that don't know how to park. People like to leave their laundry in the washers, and dryers for hours. The elevators are broken constantly. I could go on forever. The staff has been good. It's just too bad they can't weed out the rude people before they approve them.

The lobby in Building D is not as nice as the lobbies in other buildings. Would like to see more weight equip Read Morement in the recreational area as well. Overall, very happy at The Regency for the value.

I've lived here for over 30 years, so that tells you something. But in the past few years the building has gon Read Moree down. I live in building A.
The service is very good. They are very prompt and in general do a very good job.
The problem is twofold. Many of the people that live here trash the building and the college kids must go!
The building needs to be maintained better. The carpets need to be cleaned more often and the stairwells need to be cleaned and painted. The common areas look shabby.
