This is an older building in Cleveland. It needs lots of repairs, not just the little patches that they do, b Read Moreut an overhaul of the plumbing, etc. During our stay, the owners increased the fee for utilities. I feel the property is overpriced as residents have to deal with ongoing maintenance issues, no amenities, and very limited parking that limit the value of the apartment. Additionally, there is little insulation between privacy and noise can be/was a big issue in our decision to leave.
