Pros: Great apartments, 24 hour maintenance was great, landscaping and overall look of the area was wonderful Read More.
Cons: Rent being raised every year for no reason, office staff were very unprofessional and not mentally equipped to handle residents, and availability of staff was unacceptable (walked over many times to pay rent and no one was in the office during work hours).

Apartments are antiquated and poorly upkept. All windows let in a ton of cold air, and the furnace runs const Read Moreantly. Vice versa in the summer with the A/C. Lots of insects in the apartment due to poor caulking around windows. Numerous maint issues, that takes them forever to get to, and when they do, they rarely fix it right. Office staff tends to say they will address issues, but never does, such as issues with neighbors breaking rules, noise, people throwing parties and taking all the parking.
