The apartment is very cheaply constructed. The apartment is constantly cold in the winter due to very poor ins Read Moretallation. We woke up with ice on our wall. The cabinetry is very cheaply constructed as well.

1. It took 1 month and a call to the main office to get our garage door fix.
2. The hot water has gone out
Read Moreat lease 6 times before a new heater was put in.
3. Our heat has gone out at lease 4 times and it still sound like an air plan taking off.
4. There was problem with the online payment
5. I had a question about a fee and that took about 3 days to answer
6. There is a hole in the side of the house that is allowing water to get in.
7. I've asked about having the carpet cleaning every year

Very nice complex, nice neighbors, clean and well maintained. Emergency/after hours service requires staff to Read Morecome from another location which takes times but otherwise, service gets high marks as well.

We had problems upon moving out. Since the property changed hands and there was no documentation stating that Read Morethe first property management painted the apartment for us, we were charged to completely paint the whole apartment.

Highly recommend The Village of Western Reserve. Private spacious living. Peaceful and pretty surroundings. Fr Read Moreiendly community. Great location. Borders Hudson and Aurora with great restaurants and shopping. 480 access. Less than 20 minutes to Chagrin Blvd. Beachwood. Staff is amazing. Leasing office continually runs promos for residents such as pizza night or Breakfast on the go. Pumpkin carving for the kids. Large dogs welcome is what brought us here. Has been great experience living here!
