When I lived there the area was nice with lots of kids/families but over priced. They get you in on specials bu Read Moret then jack the price up a TON when your yearly lease is up (I was a great tenant). They find every way possible to charge you extra fees for anything (cigarette butts $25, etc.)This wasn't a problem for me because I'm crazy clean but come on..give people a warning first.I have always received full deposit back in the past but not here, they charge you for everything!

The residents were loud and partying at all hours. Kids were running around with no parents to be found (I'm t Read Morealking kids ages 2-4). In both apartments I lived in there was water leaking from my ceilings and the so called emergency maintance people basically said they lived to far away so just turn the water off until the next business day! I have a two year old daughter and sorry but going an entire weekend without water isn't an option. Also, some kids thought it would be funny to key my car!
