Nice place. Not worth the money though. Every year your rent will go up, without fail. $50-75 . Staff is great Read More. Never a problem with maintenance. Plowed, mowed and landscaped nicely.

Avalon Creek, while on the pricey side for the Warren/Howland area for a single person to manage optimally, is Read More an exceptional apartment/rental condo complex. The service was always very prompt and professional through the leasing process and any time maintenance was needed. The property was very high quality, clean, and modern. The only reason I moved was because there just isn't enough for someone my age [24] to do in that area, as well as evolving professional plans.

Price was on the high side for the area and the rent didn't include any of the utilities except trash. The tra Read Moresh areas were always full because there were not enough for all the residents.

The apartments were very large and the attached garage was a bonus. However, the quality of the marerials used were very cheap. Paint would get dirty and scuff easily. When you would wash it off, you could see the paint on the towel/sponge. The walls weren't very sound proof.

Rent is overpriced for the area but apartment is nice. I wish the rent would at least include water and free c Read Morearwash area or pool. It would also be nice if there are one bedroom apartments with a smaller study room.
