I lived in the first floor and unfortunately, found out very quickly that these apartments were not well insul Read Moreated. Several times over the winter, I would find that the excess water in my shower had frozen, sometimes to the point where my pipes we're frozen. I spent a lot of money on heating and really did not keep the temperature in my apartment warm at all. The heating system was also very loud, making it nearly impossible to watch tv without having to frequently adjust the volume.

The management was incredibly strict regarding broken leases. The charges to break the lease were pennies les Read Mores than paying for an additional 7 months on the contract. My circumstances changed due to my employer, and there were currently no open rentals with 2 bedrooms, so they could have quickly found a new renter if they'd tried. I opted to pay out the lease and let it sit empty. They also refused to return the deposit citing excessive wear. I had been in residence 4 months.
