Stay was ok, but got charged excessive fees upon move out (>$400) despite getting my safety deposit back. Mana Read Moregement took forever to answer my claims which led to more past due fees, which they refused to remove. Overall, after several years of paying my rent on time and no complaints ever, it feels like they just tried to get the most money possible out of me when I left.

The only problems i have had are that the halls smell bad. The garage doors need to be replaced and there is n Read Moreo electricity. i belive they are too expensive. Noise is alao a problem. We can hear our neighbors on both sides and above. We hear them talking, bathing, using the bathroom, and their alarm clocks wake us up in the morning. This is a problem as I do need to work late sometimes. Parties are also a major issue. Insulation would help.

When moving into the apartment which has been fully renovated since the prior renter hadn't had been a residen Read Moret for over 20 years I was having higher expectations. The place was filthy. From the bathroom to the kitchen cabinets. They didn't even paint all the walls...so the kitchen still had food all over it. And we have had ants, and flies, and house centipedes. It seems to take multiple times for things to get fixed...now when stuff goes wrong I just fix it myself if at all!!

Overall the experience has been average, while the management seems receptive the amenities are limited. I've Read Morebeen a resident for 2 1/2 years, and will be staying one more year but then looking for something with a porch and washer/dryer. The inside of the actual buildings do need some renovation.

First of all RENT went up every year and at time of lease everyone acted extremly nice that is until you sihn Read Morethe lease. After that they never helped, there were time power went out and my fridge went and I lost hundreds on food, they were in my apt constantly looking for meaningless defects and trying to invade my privacy.
