There are a few issues with wear and tear within and around the units, but for the most part I feel taken care Read More of. I have never had an issue when asking to have a problem or maintenance taken care of. There is more than enough space in our town home for our day to day needs as well as storage in the unfinished section of the basement. You will be hard pressed to find a better value for the price

When I first moved into the sanctuary it was great. The management staff was wonderful, any issues or concerns Read More were immediately looked into and the only real problem was a neighbor who hated dogs including mine. As time went on the management staff changed and with that change we felt it as residents. Problems were not as quickly looked into and definitely not fixed in a timely manner. Then when my lease was up and I did not renew that became a hassle as well.

Apartments are well soundproofed so I never hear my neighbors - even when there were small children living the Read Morere. Maintenance team is great - very responsive to any issues. Close to Polaris and expressways. Yes, the construction on Rt 23 is painful now but is getting better all the time.
