Wow, I certainly do have a lot to say about this apartment complex, but I will start off by saying that this m Read Moreanagement staff/ company is ONLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY. The rent let alone, is WAY too high. What you get verses what you pay for is absolutely crazy!!! I really do regret ever signing a lease with this complex, but THANK goodness I only choose a 9 month lease!!!

The method of floating rent is not well received in this market. Two neighbors paying drastically different re Read Morents for the same unit creates distrust in management. After my 12 months was up, I needed just 2-3 month extra. The resulting increase (month to month) was extremely higher than the published fee for my same unit. The girls in the office and the maintenance guys were always helpful and kind. The railing around the complex created bottle-neck parking. Suggestion: Create walkup on NE corn
