My apartment was very clean when I moved in. Requests for maintenance are answered promptly. Office staff and Read More maintenance crew are very friendly and helpful. The mailboxes are secure and the dumpster is emptied 3 times a week. Valet service is available for trash pickup. I have a dog that is welcome and enjoys 2 fenced dog parks and 2 other places for dogs. The complex is very quiet and the apartments are very bright with many windows and there are no dark breezeways. Neighbors are friendly

If you have extremely loud neighbors. Invest in earplugs because management will not do anything. Multiple pho Read Morene calls and emails over the last 8 months and I still have to wear earplugs whend I come home from work and all weekend. Had a water and mold issue for about a year and still has not been taken care of. Some doors have mold growing on them which I have to clean. Have had personal property damage due to water.
