While the building and apartments themselves are far from perfect and have flaws, I feel that the superior ser Read Morevice oriented staff make up for that. They are quick to handle situations when they arise, have a kind-friendly, professional and helpful demeanor, and go out of their way for their residents to provide extra benefits and fix problems.

The windows are filthy and have not been cleaned in over a year. I have mentioned this many time and we have n Read Moreot had people over for this reason because spending over 2000 for a dirty view seems silly. The parking garage is filty also. There has been one failed attempt to sweep it out since I have been here in the last 15 months. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you at any time . I cannot rate it above average because of my statements above.
