The apartment was super clean upon move in. Nice property very well maintained. I've been here 4 months haven' Read Moret seen 1 bug. I nhad a few maintenance issues. They responded that day or early the next day and fix the problem n leave you their work order showing you what they did. Management is a good step above e xcellence. Listens to you n personally corrects all your issues very professional n courteous. Best management I've ever seen.

I don't like having to empty out my cabinets every time they spray for bugs. Other than that (which is probabl Read Morey a personal issue), I am fairly pleased with Cobblestone.

I am a broke college student that knows a good deal when he sees one. Cobblestone fits it perfectly. It's not Read Moreluxury apartments but it has everything you need within a mile radius. I've lived here year round and always tell my friends who are looking for a place to check it out as a great first and second apartment. The staff treats me good, maintenance could be more expedient but that's everywhere you go.

Parking area is often clogged with non residents in the residential parking areas, as well as the non residen Read Moret areas. Often times when i come home at night i have to park a good distance from my apartment because so many non residents are parked around my area, and i have not seen an officer administering orange tow tags in quite some time, nor have i seen anyone get towed ever. Office staff is always friendly and will help however tbey can, though it may take some time.
