Staff was great. We enjoyed the layout of our apartment and the fact that they're making upgrades on the prope Read Morerty. That's about all the Pros. The biggest cons were feeling unsafe after all the recent happenings here, strong cigarette smells leaking into my apartment, gas explosions in Apts (!), maintenance men who just rigged stuff every time, and EVERYDAY smelling the neighbors gross cooking in our bathrooms. If VERY DRASTIC changes don't happen it will become a very slummy place to live!

When we first moved into Riverchase we were happy because they were reasonable to move in to. They had never f Read Moreixed anything that was asked of them, our carpet was stained and never stretched to fit the whole room, it was turn like a dog has chewed it and we don't own a pet. Then we had to be moved because of black mold and the office blamed us for that because our neighbor had a leak. They never compensated us for staying in a hotel for 2 days because we have a small baby. They transferred us

I have had recurring problems with my heat and air unit since I moved in. Every time, the maintenance people h Read Moreave to work on it for two or three days to get it working. Today I cleaned the crusted dirt off the plate, and found that it was manufactured in 1975! Any apartment complex that won't replace a 39 year old heating and air unit deserves a poor rating. Also, hardly any of the maintenance men are fluent in English.

Appliance are not good, carpet is not very good, it's just a lot of things that are lacking in this communit Read Morey.
