Worst apts ever! Next door neighbors smoke pot and management doesn't care... there's drug dealing all night l Read Moreong in the parking lot... My husband is military and when he got orders to move even tho by law they have to let us out of our lease they sent us to a collection agency & after 2 days of moving out we already had a call saying they are stating we owe over 3k for "breaking" our lease. When I told them my husband had orders they said the apt management was refusing to accept the orders.

The community was nice, great location, apartments very nice. If you had small maintenance issues, they were g Read Morereat. But during an ice storm there was a leak in the roof that poured water into several rooms in our apartment. It took them three months to get around to fixing it, so no dining room and huge pots that I tripped on in the bathroom. They didn't recompensate us in anyway. Lastly, they fixed the damage to the interior but wouldn't do anything about the roof itself.
