My apartment wasn't ready. After I moved in the apartment was less then satisfactory there were multiple issue Read Mores. There were leaks, there was green and black mold on the ceiling in the closet I finally asked for a new apartment. They agreed however they took my deposit to pay for the transfer. I didnt understand why I was charged for the transfer when it was issues that were not my fault. Then in the new one has thin windows and you can hear everything. There are rats spiders

The downstairs LR window seal is badly damaged. Whene it rains, the water pours from the upper window seal. I Read Morehave to move furniture, unplug electrical gadgets, and place numerous towels on the lower window, which helps minimally. The towels become completely soaked and have to be squeezed out before reusing. The apartments should be brought up to energy efficient standards.During winter I double plastic the windows and the entire patio door. The draft is so bad until the plastic ballons out.

Leasing manager extremely rude. I had a refrigerator go out and was trying to contact someone, and she was rud Read Moree for no reason. This is only the second time I've spoken with her, and she was rude then too. It seems her only motive is New leases which I assume she is played commission on. Apartment manager was very pleasant to deal with regarding the above. The countertops were also supposed to be resurfaced before move in; however, this never occurred.

Trash in front of apartment daily. Apartment has bad odor from neighbor's cooking.
