The location of the complex is very convenient. I am close to the highway, shopping and entertainment but ye Read Moret the area still has an open feel about it. The overall feel of the complex is pretty quiet. The staff is always pleasant and ready to help. I am very pleased with my choice to make The Parc my home.

I signed a short term lease then went month to month. Rate was unusually higher. I wasn't sure contract wor Read Morek would be up and was in and out of town for long durations. They STILL wanted a two months notice which made no sense. I decided to stay in the complex after a year because at the didn't have the time to look elsewhere. forced into an upgraded and had to pay significantly more because of that. My original was leased. Next renewel increase is ove 150.
