On the 'good' side, the complex tries to hold collections (e.g., canned goods/ Christmas gifts, contributing t Read Moreo Red Cross...) and occasional resident functions.

On the 'fair to poor' side, it is quite expensive to live here, high increases when a new lease is due, and I understand a big, systematic reluctance to return deposit money when people do move out.
The management is also slow to clean up over-flowing garbage/trash areas, as well as dog excrement in the grassy areas. Ewww!
