Staff was very friendly and welcoming. No issues with getting repairs done quickly. Never heard neighbors; bot Read Moreh shared walls and cielings. Nice and quiet area but close enough to walk to grocery store, gym, restaurants, salon, bar, ect. Highly recommend.

It's a really nice complex, quiet and well kept. Anytime I've had an issue all I had to was call or email and Read More it was taken care of right away. It's a great location close to shopping.

Apartment has old appliances and has not been updated. The pictures are deceiving, bathrooms need new fixtures Read More, dishwasher is 20 years old. New management has taken perks away and they are not tenant friendly. Once you are moved in, they will not do any cosmetic improvements but continue to raise your rent. Overpriced for the conditions of the complex, banisters need replaced, rusted ironworks, stair platforms are pitted and need to be fixed. Tenants should not have to point out repairs to management.
Excellent maintenance service, quiet location, nice heated pool, close to Safeway and Trimet bus stop.

The staff were fantastic. I loved how protected I felt, especially how they guarded the pool/spa area from no Read Moren-Overlook residents who tried to jump the fences. When I got parking information, I was informed that I would be getting a space with a carport. Upon move-in, I was disappointed to find out they made a mistake and my space was not covered. Upon move out, if I hadn't documented the carpet damage that was already in the apartment upon move in, I would have been charged.
