I stayed in residence 2 1/2 months out of my 12 month lease. Due to my job I was out of town. I requested a wa Read Morelk through via family members. They went 3 times to try and do a walk through management refused. I was charged for items that were already wear and tear before I moved in. I did not get back full security deposit. No one lived there for anything to be overly used. Very shady dealings.

The location, staff, and layout of this property was good, but we had huge problems with mold. And we could te Read Morell that the mold had been a problem for the last residents, instead of taking care of the problem they just painted over the mold. When we moved out they charged us to fix their mistakes and replace things that they wanted to (ex. upgrades to lighting figures). Also in a community aspect the trash is always over flowing and in the summer it becomes quite smelly.

They will determine that carpets needed replaced, linoleum needed replaced when damage was not caused by you. Read More No matter how clean you leave the apartment, you can count on not getting your deposit back.
