Breed restrictions include: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bull Terrier aka Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffshire Terrier, Siberian Huskies, Wolf hybrid and mixed breeds that include one of the above restricted breeds. Animals such as ferretts snakes and other reptiles, rabbits & some birds are not allowed on the community's premises.

The apartments themselves, are gorgeous. The leasing agents are awesome, however the management lacks any form Read More of undertanding and can be hostile and rude. Apparently they don t understand human error, especially when it is there own.

Well it was relatively average, except that my neighbors toss ciggys on my back porch. ALSO My ceiling was lea Read Moreking and this so called 24 7 maintenance never answered my call, just automated trash. The 35 dollar charge for using a debit card is also insane

The charges are put in place by the banking and credit institutions and our community does not collect any portion of these fees.
