There is a lack of extra parking spaces which is annoying when you have multiple cars and drivers on different Read More schedules. The single garage and driveway means lots of backing out to accommodate people coming and going. The upside is that there are no parties and it is generally a very quiet place to live. The only other negative was a huge (8+%) rent increase after my first year...seemed exorbitant.
