My husband and I loved this place!! The staff was amazing!!! We didn't want to leave. We relocated to the co Read Moreuntry to be closer to family. Although, golf creek very much has a family feel to its tenants.

The management team over the last few years has been friendly and efficient. There were planned activities bot Read Moreh in winter (Saturday breakfasts) and summer (pool BBQ's). That team is gone now so I don't know if that will change. So far nothing. It was a great way to meet other residents. Grounds are always immaculate.

Unit had obviously not been updated in a long time. Upon move out, we were charged for carpet odors which were Read More there when we moved in and which were discussed with staff before move in. The condition of the apartment was simply awful. Seemed more like cheap hotel living. Not many amenities near the complex. The maintenance staff was always pleasant and prompt.

Because despite paying high rent the place was falling apart and infested with mice. Add to that the fact that Read More due to water damage or some such thing the outer stairs were decayed and had to be cordoned off for massive repairs. Staff was nice enough but ineffectual. We had upstairs neighbors who smoked and dropped the ash on the cardboard boxes on our balcony and had parties loud enough for the police to be called but they never did anything.
