Units are large with lots of windows, but no concessions are made for the frequent living space disturbances - Read Morerepeated shutoff of water system due to leaking pipes and other maintenance issues, inability to use porch ALL SUMMER due to painting project that was supposed to take one week. Annual rate increase is higher than any other apartment I've lived in. But the community is quiet and feels very safe.

The walls are entirely too thin. There were 3 couples living above me 2 of which constantly fought.l complaine Read Mored to management who told me to call their security department. People didnt park in their designated spots.

Poor build-No flashing in windows. When it rains the rain comes inside. Possible mold in walls and carpet. Read MorePoor build-Water running into bathroom fan fixture. Dog feces in common areas and pet owners using garbage cans in public areas to dispose of pet feces. Limits residents ability to use picnic table and barbeque areas due to odor. High turnover of residents. Pool area difficult to use with small children due to drinking and partying by residents.

the area, grounds and buildings are well kept and clean. recently with a new coat of paint. The staff are fri Read Moreendly, courteous and helpful. maintenance requests are answered promptly and the problem fixed. I feel safe here. good outside lighting and also security available after hours. (I have not needed them, but good to know they are a phone call away)
