I didn't have any particular problems with the complex. Some of the amenities were a bit disappointing (share Read Mored laundry room instead of in-unit W/D, for instance), but maintenance was responsive. The location, given the name, is quite isolated from main roads even though it is geographically very close to them. Unfortunately, that means there are few conveniences within walking distance. However, a short trip by car would one to most necessities for day-to-day living.

I enjoyed living here, however I do not like the fact that people can smoke in their apartments and that smoke Read More travels into mine. I pay an extra fee to have a dog here who is house trained. Do they people who smoke in their apartments pay an extra fee for the damage smoke does to the apartment. I also did not appreciate the response I got from the office staff when I went to complain that my apartment stunk of cigarette smoke.

Expensive for what you get. Pay 11,000 a year for a 1 bedroom but have to pay 10.00 for the pool. Stairwell Read Moreand halls need updated badly. Walls are thin. Staff is courteous.
