An overall very clean, well maintained property, spacious and functional apartment, professional office & repa Read Moreir staff. They promptly and properly repair anything that needs fixed without trying to charge residents for it. Parking is provided, plenty of storage space, a small but clean & functional gym is free to residents. The only downsides are that it is pricey and the walls are too thin if you have rowdy neighbors. (We could only hear 1 particularly loud apartment; we never heard others.)

The apartment itself was great. Clean, spacious and comfortable.
Management office was always so pleasant
Read More and easy to work with.
I rarely needed work orders done but when I did, it was quick and efficient.
The community was great too. I loved living here, I had a one and a half hour commute to work but loved the apartment and area enough that I didn't mind. I moved because I took a job in Washington DC, but had I stayed in the previous job I would have continued living here.

Cheaply made with paper thin walls and floors, you can hear your neighbors breathing, talking, peeing etc. Als Read Moreo, no matter how much you clean the apartment when you are ready to end your lease, you will NOT get your money back, in fact you will owe money. I lived there for 7 months, I had to move out, the apartment had fowl smells which I reported from day one, and I was told, that my unit had a history of such smell, but there is nothing that they could do about it. The carpet was very old!
