Leasing Terms

Lease terms: 3, 6, 9, 12 months. Security deposit of one month's rent required. Application fee is $35.
Pet policy: maximum two pets per unit. Refundable minimum pet deposit of $300 required, plus monthly pet rent of $25 for dog 39 Ibs and under and cats. Large dogs have a $450.00 refundable pet deposit with a $35.00 a month pet rent.

My biggest issue is there's not enough parking here for everyone -- even with only one car per unit. I realiz Read Moree the necessity for handicapped parking and legal requirements to have it in place. I am assuming it's necessary regardless if you have residents who require it. Because of the parking shortage AND because residents think it's OK to claim more than their fair share (sometimes 3 spaces) I would propose assigned parking. Also snow removal in parking areas was inadequate this past winter.

A great place to live for a great price. The actual price we ended up paying was considerably lower than the Read Moreadvertised price on the website. The maintenance staff is quick and friendly if you have any problems.

The apartment (3 story townhouse) had a lot of light due to the big windows, which I loved. The road and buil Read Moreding construction outside were noisy, though the construction has been completed now and that noise is gone. Most maintenance requests were attended to very quickly.
