Was a little worried because google reviews has them with a low rating but I don't see how honestly. Moved her Read Moree from Virginia, and I didn't know much about the area but this is a definitely a nice apartment. Within 3 weeks we had a bee issue on our balcony and the office gave us keys to stay in the guest apartment until extermination could take place. So far communication has been on point. My neighbors are super quiet and the ones I have seen in the hall are friendly.

The office rarely responds to emails, there are spiders all over the balconies, office lets people have their Read Moredogs barking on their balconies, nothing being done about the flooding that happens, took away the lunch, but most of all the noise. They're eliminating carpet for fake wood floors but they don't put enough padding under the floor so EVERY single step above you is a pounding that shakes the pictures on your wall. When you complain they do nothing. Pay way too much for this poor quality
