Certified Resident

How about a walkway (even paving stones) from the grassy areas by the parking lot to the doorways in the court Read Moreyard? Would prevent people who can't park close to the lobby from having to walk in the grass or trek the length of the building to get in.

Certified Resident

It would be great if Timberlake could take better care of the apartment building. For example, due to leaks in Read More the Building A mail room, it has smelled moldy and musty for months. It would be really nice if the hallways were vacuumed more often, and especially right after maintenance has replaced carpeting or done other work in a neighbor's apartment (there's always a lot of mess left behind). Also, it would be great if maintenance could do a better job cleaning up after themselves. They are very nice, but they always leave a mess where they've been (examples: dirty shoe-prints in the bathtub, metal parts left behind after fixing the air conditioner, etc.). I don't mind if they use the bathroom when they're in my apartment to fix something, but it would be great if they could remember to put the seat back down afterward.

Mgt staff needs to daily take a walk around the community and in the bldgs to see what we as residents see dai Read Morely. IE. THE MAILROOM, THE TRASH ROOMS, CARPETING IN THE HALLS THAT AREN'T SWEPT FOR WEEKS AT A TIME, THE BALCONIES, ENFORCEMENT OF YOUR RULE REGARDING BARKING DOGS. WHEN YOU HAVE A COMPLAINTYOU HAVE TO PUT IT IN WRITING, IF THIS IS PART OF THE LEASE WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO PUT IT IN WRITING?
