Certified Resident

Residents should not have to pay to bring one guest to the pool. I have not seen another apartment complex tha Read Moret does this, and I think it unfair, especially if you live alone. Normally, I would invite a friend or my mom to come over to sit by the pool with me, but because I refuse to ask them to pay, I have utilized the pools at their complexes instead. I have not even been to this pool because of the fee. I understand that it deters people from taking advantage, but for residents who behave themselves and don't bring a thousand people, I think it is unfair.
I also think that asking $25 a month for reserved parking is a little high..

I live above the trash receptical on thrid floor Many times the trash area is junky messy and smells pretty b Read Moread and we cannot sit outside on the balcony

The hallway carpeting needs shampooing and there are a lot of nicks and cuts in the hallway wallpaper that sho Read Moreuld be taken care of at least weekly. It makes the halls look shabby.

Better organization and more knowledge with the office (in particular) / maintenance staff. The office staff Read Morehas not provided good customer service on any of the occassions that I have had to deal with them...and that includes the move-in. My apartment was not clean and had not been inspected by anyone before my move-in day...so, needless to say, it didn't start off well...and has not gotten any better since. You need to find competent, friendly people to run the office.
