The city of Easton is located in the western part of Pennsylvania, roughly one hour's drive from New York City. Easton is also located approximately one hour north of Philadelphia as well as the Pocono Mountains, and it is the county seat for Northampton County.

Students can take advantage of a number of higher education opportunities in and around Easton, including Lafayette College and Churchman Business School. Lafayette was founded in 1826 and enrolls approximately 2,400 students from roughly 42 states and 47 countries. It offers students programs in 37 different fields. Churchman Business School is a two-year institution that enrolls roughly 150 students.

The data further indicated that approximately 38.6 percent of total renters reported spending 35 percent or more of their household income on gross rental costs.

Easton Attractions and Special Events
There are numerous attractions available to visitors and those living in Easton apartments. Two popular area attractions for families include the Crayola Factory and the National Canal Museum, both of which are located at Two Rivers Landing.
The Crayola Factory is a wild and colorful place for children to engage their creative sides. Children enjoy coloring, drawing, painting and being creative with all of Crayola's latest products, and adults don't have to worry about any of the cleanup afterward.
The National Canal Museum is a prime spot to explore the history of American canals, dating back to the early 1800s.
