You get an average experience for the amount of rent that you pay each month. The "amenities" are ok but nothi Read Moreng special. All fees are excessive - pet, trash removal, garage, etc. Security is average. Biggest opportunity is the lack of property management follow-up. They don't respond to emails or calls, they don't react to tenant issues in a timely manner. Tenant "amenities" such as the pool and fitness center are used by non-tenants daily. Why do I pay for these perks when non-tenants don't?
