The property manager was very nice and easy to work with, and responded to any requests we had quickly. Overal Read Morel, the complex is quiet and well maintained.

Wonderful Manager - very personable, always willing to help, genuinely cares about the residents. All of the Read Moreresidents love our Manager!! Our Maintenance Manager is also very nice and helpful! I've lived here for 3+ years and i've been very happy here!!

Rent is high. There were rent increases in 2012 and again in 2013, this is before any upgrades. Not all apartm Read Moreents are upgraded and when they are finally upgraded the rent will increase even more. As of 2014 rent has again increased. I will be moving out due to this.

Severgn Apartments refused to issue a short term lease to me. I was given assurances that I would be notified Read Moreof any charges related to my early lease termination, but rather than bill me for the charges, which I was willing to pay, the debt was sold to a collection agency that rudely harassed me and my credit was needlessly damaged. Timely communication would have solved this issue. I have since settled it, but a six month rental will remain on my credit report for seven years.
