Certified Resident

Landscaping needs a major update. Bushes and shrubs are overgrown and/or dying. If the entire community look Read Moreed even a bit like it looks in the area adjacent to the office, that would be a huge improvement. Kitchens and bathrooms need to be updated--appliances, fixtures and flooring are dated and very much showing their age.

Certified Resident

Inside of apartments are very run down. Outside mold growing on buildings. No ability to plant flowers or anyt Read Morehing to individualize homes. I'm paying sewer/water for other families. People drive too fast in parking lot. Playground was placed wrong. I have broken of fights at the playground. Rent is ridiculously high. Almost 1300 for nothing. I get threatened to get more fees for dog feces left by others. Pool filter/pump broke every summer. Rent too high compared to other apartments in the area that have some things included in rent.

Its time to upgrade units. Landscaping was promised to be upgraded last year but nothing was ever done. There Read Moreis no way to know if there is recycling receptacles or not, there should be coordinated neifhborhood activities so that we can get to know our neighbors, like neighborhood yard sales, neighborhood BBQ`s, etc.

I can sort of understand why I can't store my motorcycle here but do not under stand why if I'm storing it so Read Moremewhere else why can't I park it here over night or for a week end if I'm riding it or using it for transportation what if my car breaks down and that's my only means of transportation for the amount I pay I'm very unhappy with this factor I would gladly pay and extra $50 a month to park my bike here 4 months out of the year really don't understand why.

The utility door is broken on my unit. And I see from my window a utility door of a neighbor that is damaged a Read Morend is a "eye sore" for me. New residents are not friendly. Our new mailman is not friendly. The carpet cleaning process was flawed because my carpet is now dirtier than it was before the technicians cleaned it.
