The apartment itself is fairly low quality for the price - the antiquated flooring and kitchen cabinets, the l Read Moreow quality paint job and windows, consistently malfunctioning kitchen lighting and washing machine, poor snow removal, non-existent parking lot lines, and inefficient heating/cooling units are just a few reasons. But most of all, the inconsiderate residents that live here.

I am expected to pay my rent every month and on time, but everytime I have maintence done they never finish or Read More patch things up. Never a complete done job. I order a panel for my sliding door blinds about 6 months ago. My kitchen drawer has been broken for over a year and they come in and adjust not replace or fix for good. The noise upstairs is ridiculous, something should be done about the flooring, but I'm sure nothing ever will. I hate to say it, but I hate Twin Lakes Manor Apartments.

My first apartment has been here with Twin Lakes and I couldn't have asked for better service or living condit Read Moreions. During the winter Twin Lakes maintained the properties very well under the circumstances of inclement weather. The leasing office is very friendly as well as responsive to any concerns I've had in the past 10 months of me living here.

A pool or fitness center or both would be great improvement giving all residence of all ages SOMETHING to Read More do other than coming and going. New landscapers are NOT cutting it ... I know this is a big one BUT another way in and out of the development would be LOVELY Union deposit Rd. is a nightmare between 7am and midnight....lol
