    I've been living at the Garner House for almost a year now and I have really enjoyed it. The location is great Read More. The building is well maintained & decorated nicely. My apartment was spotless when I first moved in and everything was in working order. The leasing agent and maintenance works are very friendly and helpful. You can hear the train, as we are very close to it, but that really is much less of an issues than I thought it might be, and being by the station is a plus in general.

    I had few complaints. They neglected to mention that Amtrak trains blow freight horns at all hours of the nigh Read Moret, that the storage basement was not a secure area, and that mail can be stolen from the mail area, but overall those issues balanced out the cheapness and convenience of the location.

    I had multiple issues in my apartment and it took weeks to get taken care of if ever getting taken care of. M Read Morey main issue was the ventilation in my bathroom was not good and the ceiling began to grow mold. I had asked multiple times for the maintenance guy to come and take care of it and he never did. When I moved out they told me just to prime the walls with paint since they were going to remodel the apartment. I primed the walls as he told me and ended up getting charged $150 for paint.
