We offer 6-14 month leases. For unfurnished apartments, our security deposit is $250. For furnished apartments, the deposit is a full month's rent. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment cat(s) or dog(s); however, there are breed restrictions for dogs. Dogs must be 50lbs and under and pet rent is $25 per month per dog. There is no weight limit for cats and pet rent is $10 per cat. The pet security registration is non-refundable, is $200 for cats and $300 for dogs.

The property is beautiful and there is much to recommend it. Maintenance is exceptional and they respond quick Read Morely to calls. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Nonetheless, the rent contract renewal process is arcane and should be much easier than it is. There were many things wrong with the apartment when we moved into it and it took many calls to get everything fixed. As is common with more affordable apartments, we've had obnoxious neighbors from time to time who weren't evicted.

When I applied for an apartment at Hatfield Village, I basically had to sign my first born over. Living there Read Morewasn't horrendous. Maintenance was generally responsive. However, the putrid smell coming from my neighbor's apartment every single day was nauseating. I lived on the second floor, under an individual who seemed to be training elephants for the circus. Finally, after moving out, I only received a portion of my security deposit due to, what I considered, normal wear and tear on the carpet

Negatives: The maintenance department is awful. Very slow to respond to issues; if they do at all. Insulation Read More is poor; cold air seeps through the windows and a/c units. Walls are very thin; you can basically hear everything that is going on with your neighbors. Very expensive to heat the apartment in the winter (avg of $100 higher electric bill). Charged for pool access. Positives: Rent is very fair. Convenient access to 309 and the PATPK. Nice recreational area.

Price is right for amenities (pool, fitness room) However, entranceway to apartment is nothing less than an e Read Morembarrassment. (Smells horrible, old gray, dingy paint, fluorescent lighting. General seedy feel overall)

A maintenance problem took three tries to be resolved and I had suggested the proper fix on arrival of the fir Read Morest maintenance man to look at it. Second the air inside the hall way leading to my apartment is so thick with cooking odors and a heavy pall of spice that meat could be cured if you hung it up in the hallway. Can't open my windows or everything I own would smell the same. I'm forced to run an Ion generating fan pointing at my front door 24/7 to combat it.
