Fair Oaks Resident
I liked the location, the cleanliness of the place, the friendly atmosphere the staff provide each resident. I Read More actually recommended it to other people who came after me.

I felt harassed at times to be honest. It didn't help that our apt. was right next to the main office but we Read Moreactually got a letter from the office warning us of our "offensive odor". Not only that, our security deposit was basically kept. We got maybe $30 back just for a few minor things we left unpainted.
