    Pet Policy: 100 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 pets per apartment. Restrictions: There is a one time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 for the first pet and $100 for the second pet. The monthly pet rent is $25 for the first pet and $10 for the second pet.

    The maintenance was slow and they charged me for carpet shampooing when I moved out even though I had already Read Moredone that myself.

    Beautiful apts & loc. under rather poor management. Calls not returned promptly if at all, maintenance left un Read Morefinished, staff is difficult to track down even during business hours when they should be in the (on-site!) office. High turnover rate of staff means new people in charge every month it seems, and nobody's responsible for whatever was missed. No compassion for residents - until they're referred to a lawyer, anyway... I seriously hope major changes are made soon.

    Very poorly ran. Always changed office staff. No one knew what was going on from prior months. Not organized a Read Moret all.

    Apartment was not ready at the time of move in. The facilities are out-dated and need desperate updating. Al Read Moreso on and off throughout the lease the heat was broken and it took maintenance several days to come and address the situation.
