A very well maintained community. Staff is very responsive to issues. On the whole, fellow residents are res Read Morepectful to their neighbors. Rent is on the high end for the area, but management maintains a high standard within the community, so it's a case of you get what you pay for.

I find that there is a failure to keep track of repeated maintenance requests regarding some issues. This is i Read Moremportant when considering I just submitted my 5th Maintenance request concerning HVAC since April. This is an issues since the system clearly needs more maintenance than just a monthly gas recharge and the obvious power bill cost for a constantly running system. For the monthly amount there should be a community pool and more immediate snow removal..

Rates continue to increase, though no additional benefits are seen for the payments to the community. More nei Read Moreghbors are being introduced with 4+ person households, which results in more loud, late nights. We are now constantly kept awake by new neighbors who have people over and are loud until past 10pm, and then engage in other activities (like vaccuming, etc) until even midnight. Screen your new residents better. We are a quiet community who enjoy our privacy.
