Certified Resident

Maintenance has been very poor this year although much better in the past. They come and do not take care of Read Morethe problem or give totally incorrect information. The resident services are very apologetic but nothing changes.

The maintenance and service I receive from staff is wonderful and I'm very appreciative. One comment I wish t Read Moreo share is the disruption received from my immediate neighbors who have a problem controlling their children and their lack of concern and care of the property.

Certified Resident

Spend LESS money on the exterior appearances and MORE money on ***useful*** things. For instance, the laundry Read Moreroom in 210 is always flooding. Additionally, I have personally fixed the automatic closer on the front door of 210 at least five times. Get a better drainage system in the laundry room. Get a better closer on the front door. You spent so much time/money on making the entrance pretty. How about you do the same for functionality?

I personally feel that my rent is too high for a 1 bedroom that doesn't have an upgraded kitchen, doesn't have in-unit laundry and has a shower that has needed to be fixed four times in the past year for the SAME EXACT problem.

On a positive note, I like my neighbors. All of the people I have met are very friendly and helpful, as well as quiet and not nosey.
