The parking spaces need to have your apt numbers on it. Every resident should be entitled to a parking space. Read MorePeople who have 2 and 3 vehicles,or bringing their work vehicles home should find empty spaces with no apt numbers. Also the students from the college take up parking spaces. These cars need to be towed. This has always been a problem.

It is a very nice place to live, but it is an older complex so I think there could definitely be some updating Read More and improvements made to the apartments and complex.

It'seems generally a good community, mostly quiet and rhe grounds are well taken care. The location is also go Read Moreod. But the apartments are expensive. There is very little storage space. The parking is also ridiculous as the staff and students od college across the street act like this is their public garage. The nearby users of the park also tend to park here as if there a sign that says public parking on the community. For the price of rent, there needs to be an access gate to keep the public out

I generally really enjoy my apartment and the amenities; however, my kitchen appliances were in pretty bad sha Read Morepe. Once I escalated my concerns to the leasing office, they replaced my basically non-functioning dishwasher which I am grateful for. However, my refrigerator is extremely loud and annoying. My bathtub constantly backs up and fills with water. I have lived here for 6 months and have requested for the drain to be cleaned several times (clearly not my fault).

Apartment is not only small it is cold. I��??m on the first floor and the cold can��??t be stopped because it Read More��??s seeping up through the cement floor throughout the apartment. That said, new sliding glass doors and windows might help reduce the draft a bit. Kitchen and bathroom could be updated. All that said, I have very much enjoyed my time at Lincolnwoods. The property is very well kept, maintenance is very responsive. Office staff very pleasant and responsive also. Grounds well kept. Suggestion
