One of the office workers was very rude and unhelpful. I wanted to view my apartment before signing the lease Read Moreand they made it seem like I was asking way too much. They said they replaced all of the carpet prior to my move in date but it was obvious they did not.

The grounds are well cared-for, and I have lot of space for the rent. I feel very safe here.

Though I'm generally satisfied with the complex, parking has gotten dramatically worse in my section. More peo Read Moreple have multiple cars, long-term overnight "visitors" (not named on lease), and people parking their company AND personal vehicles on the property. It seems like a crackdown is needed; assigned spaces? permits? Also, the amount of grass sprayed with weed killer lately around buildings and dumpsters. I guess to make mowing easier, but looks unsightly and makes big mud pits after any rain
