Certified Resident

I have a neighbor that sometimes parks in a designated (read: black sign) spot and sometimes does not; that sp Read Moreot staying empty overnight while the vehicle is parked in a general, non-designated spot. I also have a spot that has a designation (again - black sign) that does not have a regular vehicle parking in it. Additionally, there are numerous cars that routinely park in handicapped spots (regularly, I admit) that have zero handicapped placards or license plate designations. I would like the management to review the designated parking policy.
