The apartment was not clean upon move in and I think that the thick layers of paint all over the place (with n Read Moreo regard as to where it splatters) is totally ridiculous.

I feel each unit of residency should be allotted 1 designated parking space without any extra charge or rent i Read Morencrease. There is clearly not enough parking and to charge residents extra for something I feel should be included in the rent is insulting.
Also, the Gym is a great feature, however, it needs a fresh coat of paint, the machines need a good cleaning as well as the carpeting could stand to be replaced or a good cleaning as well. Overall, a great place to live and very happy excited to see the new landscaping improvements.

Repairs must be complete and not left to next never. Maintenance checks should be done at regular intervals to Read More ensure the well being of the tenants are considered.
