Certified Resident

The maintenance department does not respond as fast as the office staff for common repairs.

Between the
Read More handicap parking and then the reserved spots and the unit with more then 2 vehicles it is very hard to park any where close to your own unit.

Office staff is always friendly, Maintenance staff is always a little to be desired, most are unfriendly and h Read Moreave no respect, and honestly most don't seem to know what they are doing. I don't think relying on electronic communication is the best. Some still don't use it, so they aren't getting all the needed notices when things are being done around the community or getting the reminders that get sent out, example, parking, dog waste,etc and when treatments are being done. I can't answer for the whole community, but I have always felt the Windsor, ferndale side are somehow forgotten, never seems like the trash flying around is picked up, daily, or even weekly. I try to be helpful and advise office of things I noticed needing to addressed that don't even effect me directly, that actually it helps the property. Lastly, I am so fed up fighting to get my front door replaced, I have been here for 5 years and have been asking for one since I moved in. My current request has been going on now for 3-4 weeks. My rent, any updated paperwork is due by a specific time, why can't we have the same respect? I know I am not alone in some of these feelings, they have been exchanged amongst ourselves, but unfortunately they probably won't take the time to let you know.

Certified Resident

Management needs to improve their communication with the tenants. When and if they communicate with residents, Read More it is usually hostile and threatening in nature. They lack the forethought to communicate proactively with residents about what is happening to the property and they are slow to fix exterior problems with the lighting and landscaping.

I feel my electric bill is much higher than it should be, because of the old, outdated, and completely ineffic Read Moreient appliances (i.e. AC, refrigerator). It would be very helpful to my perception of the company if these were switched out for newer, more efficient models.
