Certified Resident

I feel each unit of residency should be allotted 1 designated parking space without any extra charge or rent i Read Morencrease. There is clearly not enough parking and to charge residents extra for something I feel should be included in the rent is insulting.
Also, the Gym is a great feature, however, it needs a fresh coat of paint, the machines need a good cleaning as well as the carpeting could stand to be replaced or a good cleaning as well. Overall, a great place to live and very happy excited to see the new landscaping improvements.

Repairs must be complete and not left to next never. Maintenance checks should be done at regular intervals to Read More ensure the well being of the tenants are considered.

Certified Resident

Since the additional utilities are added into the rent, I find myself trying to live paycheck to paycheck and Read Morefalling far short. It seems to be the trend everywhere, I've checked. But food and medical care are where I've cut back.

I think the individual gardens added charm and uniqueness to the community. I understand why certain bushes an Read Mored trees needed to be trimmed or cut down but now there is a drainage/soil erosion issue.
I've also heard rumors that rent is increasing substantially, pricing many out of the community. Not sure what the logic is behind increasing rent only to have a larger.percentage of vacant units.
I'm also not sure why having bicycles and gardening tools (which I will no longer be needing) on my patio warrants a $50/day fine.
