Love how connected with the community the staff is, both front desk and maintenance. They'd drop everything to Read More help with the smallest of problems, and it's comforting to know that we truly do have people working to make living here the best experience possible.

I thought after the winter they would fix the potholes in the parking lot, but I guess that wasn't in the budg Read Moreet? Some sort of ventilation after painting the hallways would have been nice, and maybe vacuuming/cleaning the hallways too?

I just feel that for the amount of money that I pay for rent and the quality of the appliances are not equal. Read More I also think that unfortunately with the old dishwasher and refrigerator I have is creating my electricity costs to be higher. Overall, I like the area and the office staff, I just am not completely happy with the amount I am paying for what I have.

Rent is too high when factoring utilities. Water bills should not be shared by percentage of the entire buildi Read Moreng usage. I was freezing all winter (average 55-60 degrees) and heating bill was extremely high. The heat was constantly running and I think it all escaped out the window. The windows were never properly winterized, and I felt a draft all winter. I have also been waiting 3 weeks for someone to fix my oven. I'm not sure if the request was properly placed in the system.
